For safety reasons, we only offer pregnancy massage after the completion of your first trimester (from 12 weeks onwards).
How will I be positioned during the treatment?
We use side-lying positioning with professional pillow support to ensure maximum comfort and safety for both you and your baby.
What if I have a high-risk pregnancy?
If you have any complications or a high-risk diagnosis, we require a quick note of clearance from your GP or midwife before your session.
Do I need to provide towels or pillows?
We bring our own professional equipment and towels. However, using your own familiar pillows for extra support is always welcomed.
